By calling the Konus Lifeline, shooters will be able to get live customer support and request a replacement Konus scope to be sent directly to them via overnight shipping, at no additional expense. If overnight shipping is not possible for any reason, a new scope (of equal or lesser value) can be purchased at a nearby retailer and Konus will reimburse them upon submission of the sales receipt.
